Tanya's cookbook, 4 Generations, contains recipes from 4 generations of her family.  You'll find her personal recipes, as well as her family's Czech, Italian, French, & Americana recipes.  We can cater the savory & sweet treats listed here or can create something new for your next event.  If you'd like to learn to cook any of the dishes below, we can teach you!  Tanya has taught everything from basic college dorm cooking to cake decorating to thai cooking to molecular gastronomy.
